Psychedelic Coaching
Psychedelic experiences are often treated as the center of the process. We do not see it that way. What happens during an experience matters, but it is only one moment within a much larger arc that includes preparation, context, and what unfolds afterward.
Beginning before the experience
Our work starts well before the experience itself. Preparation is not only about mindset or intention setting. It involves understanding the broader conditions that shape the experience, including psychological history, relational context, and the timing of the decision to engage. It also means approaching intentions with care, allowing them to orient the process without overloading the experience with expectation. Just as importantly, preparation includes identifying limits and planning for support in concrete ways, both during and after the experience, so that you are not left to navigate its effects alone.
Integration as an ongoing process
What follows the experience is equally important. Integration is often misunderstood as the process of extracting meaning as quickly as possible, as if insight must be captured before it fades. We take a different approach. Integration unfolds over time. It involves allowing the experience to settle, staying in relationship with what is not yet clear, and gradually translating what emerges into small, sustainable changes in daily life. Not everything needs to be resolved immediately, and not every experience yields a clear message.
A steady, grounded stance
Throughout this work, we maintain a steady stance. We do not over-promise transformation or inflate the importance of any single experience. We do not treat insight as equivalent to change. Instead, we stay grounded in the understanding that meaningful change depends on how experiences are carried forward, and on the conditions that support that process over time.
Support that extends beyond the experience
What we offer is ongoing support that helps you approach these experiences with clarity and restraint, remain grounded during periods of openness or vulnerability, and bring what emerges into your life in a way that can be sustained. This is not about intensifying the experience itself, but about creating the conditions in which it can be understood, integrated, and lived.
Connect with a coach
If you are considering this work or trying to make sense of a past experience, you do not have to do it alone. Connect with one of our coaches to begin a conversation about what support might look like.
