You may be eligible if you are working to help better your community and support others in fields such as: First Responders, Harm Reduction, Social justice, Therapeutic support, Healthcare, Public Education, Climate change, Social Services, Community Organizing, etc. You must work for either a non-profit or government organization in order to be eligible. We trust that you will be honest about your current situation when submitting your application.
Please note:
- Scholarships do not cover the cost of the medical assessment ($100) or the cost of the medication (~$100).
- All participants are required to complete a medical assessment before participating.
- Recipients must be able to commit to all sessions.
- Depending on your financial situation, there will be opportunities to give back to the scholarship fund throughout the process. This is not a requirement but is available only if you wish to contribute.
Instructions: Please complete the questions below to the best of your ability. Once submitted, you’ll be brought to our Calendly link below to schedule a follow-up virtual conversation with one of our staff members. During this conversation, Cardea staff will discuss your eligibility and, in collaboration with you, determine if this process may be a good fit. If so, this will also serve as an intake call to engage in services. Cardea staff will review your application before meeting with you.
