Harm-Reduction Psychotherapy
Our staff is trained in Integrative Harm Reduction Psychotherapy (IHRP), a modality that has been shown to be effective for people engaged in problematic behaviors commonly categorized as addiction and diagnosed as Substance Use Disorders. IHRP brings brings relational psychoanalysis, CBT, and mindfulness together in a harm reduction framework. It emphasizes meeting clients where they are and collaboratively developing practical strategies to improve their overall well-being.
For our clients engaged in harm reduction psychotherapy, ketamine sessions are sometimes offered to those feeling stuck in the therapeutic process.
Offering:
Weekly IHRP therapy sessions:
Cost: $300 per session
Ketamine session for IHRP clients:
Cost: $800 per session (with dialogic preparation session)
The first step to getting started is to set up a free virtual 30-minute consult with our clinical director. This is how we begin to get to know you and to understand your intentions. We will also share more information about our process and services, and will answer your questions.
